Exporting Hours for Payroll

Once shifts have been completed and timesheets are signed, agencies can export approved hours to prepare payroll data in a downloadable spreadsheet format.

Accessing Approved Timesheets

  1. From the left-hand menu, select Shifts.

  2. The dashboard will display all shifts within the selected date range.

  3. Use the date filter at the top of the screen to choose the desired period (for example, “This Week,” “Last Month,” or “All Time”).

  4. All relevant shifts within that date range will appear automatically.


Exporting Data

  1. Once your date range is selected, click the Export button next to the filter.

  2. The system will generate an Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx) containing all shift and timesheet data for that period.

  3. The exported file includes details such as:

    • Worker name and role

    • Facility name

    • Charge rate and pay rate

    • Total hours worked

    • Shift status and margin; and more


Notes

  • Filtering by status (e.g., Open, Signed, Completed) will be available in a future release.

  • Currently, all shifts and timesheets within the selected date range are included automatically.

  • Ensure timesheets are signed before exporting to keep your records accurate.
