Timesheet won’t sign or won’t submit

Use the steps below if you cannot submit or sign a timesheet.

Quick checks

  • Confirm the shift has Completed status

  • Fill all required fields (start, finish, breaks)

  • Check for validation messages near any field

For workers

  1. Open Timesheets, select the relevant shift

  2. Enter actual hours and break time

  3. Review totals, then select Submit for Approval

  4. Once approved, the status will be marked as "completed"

If the button is disabled, check for missing fields or out-of-range times.

For facilities

  • Open Timesheets → Awaiting Approval

  • Review hours and select Approve or Request Changes

  • If approval fails, refresh and retry, then verify the shift record is not locked

Common blockers

  • Timesheet already signed or locked: check status badges

  • Large edits to times may require reloading the page

  • Weak connection: save your work, refresh, and submit again

Still stuck

Email [email protected] with the shift ID, date, and a brief description. Include a screenshot if possible.
