Viewing Your Timesheets

  1. Go to the Timesheets tab on the left-hand menu.

  2. You’ll see a summary section at the top showing:

    • Signed Timesheets – completed and verified shifts

    • Shift Hours Approved – total approved working hours

    • Estimated Pay – projected earnings for approved shifts

  3. Below, a detailed list displays all your timesheets with:

    • Shift date and duration

    • Facility and role

    • Current status

    • Estimated pay

Understanding Timesheet Statuses

Each timesheet will display a status to show where it is in the process:

  • Awaiting Review – submitted and waiting for the facility to verify.

  • Signed – approved and digitally signed by both worker and facility.

  • Rejected – the facility has declined the submission (a reason is provided). You can resubmit a corrected timesheet once adjustments are made.

Downloading Your Certificate of Signature

Once a timesheet has been signed by both the shift worker and the facility, you can download a Certificate of Signature as official proof of work completion.

To download it:

  1. Locate the signed timesheet in your list.

  2. Click the Download icon under the “Actions” column.

  3. A verified document will open showing:

    • Worker and facility details

    • Digital signatures from both parties

    • Date, time, and total hours worked

    • Verified IP and location information

Notes and Tips

  • The Timesheets tab includes all records, making it easy to track your entire shift history.

  • You can use filters to view specific time periods or shift types.

  • Signed certificates serve as official evidence for both payroll and audit purposes.

  • If a timesheet is rejected, review the feedback before resubmitting an updated version.
