Accessing Open Shifts
From the left-hand menu, select Shifts.
You’ll see a list of all shifts allocated to your agency. (Use the Filter function, and filter as "Open" for better overview )
Each shift shows its status, facility, role, charge rate, and pay rate.
Open shifts will appear with the “Open” status.
Sending Shift Offers
Locate an open shift and click the paper-plane icon under the Actions column.
A window will open showing the selected shift details (date, time, facility, and total hours).
Click Next to proceed to the worker selection step.
Selecting a Worker
Use the search bar to find available workers by name, email, role, or location.
Review each worker’s pay rate, total pay, and margin.
Adjust the pay rate if needed - the system automatically recalculates the margin.
Once ready, click Send Offer.
After Sending the Offer
The selected worker receives a shift offer notification via email or SMS.
Once they accept, the shift status will change to Assigned.
Both the worker and the linked facility will automatically be notified.
Tips
Use Filters at the top right to sort shifts by status, role, or facility.
Always ensure worker compliance documents are verified before assigning.
You can view all assigned, open, and pending shifts from the Schedule tab for a calendar view.
