My shifts aren’t appearing

If you cannot see expected shifts, use these checks based on your role.

All users

  • Clear filters and date ranges in Shifts or Schedule

  • Refresh the page and try a different date view (Day, Week)

  • Confirm you are in the correct organisation if you have multiple accounts

Agencies

  • Check Schedule or Shifts tab

  • Verify the facility is linked and active in Facilities

  • Confirm the worker is invited and active in Shift Workers

  • Ensure the shift dates are correct and not in the past or a hidden range


Facilities

  • Confirm your facility is linked to the right agency so agency and assign workers

  • Look under Upcoming and Completed

  • If you expect cover from an agency, confirm the request was sent


Shift workers

  • Check Available Shifts and Assigned Shifts

  • Confirm your availability is set correctly

  • Ask your agency to verify if you are allocated correctly
