I can’t log in

If you cannot access your account, follow these checks.

Quick checks

  • Confirm you are using the correct URL: app.shiftnest.co.uk/signin

  • Make sure your the right email is being used

  • Re-enter your email and password carefully (watch for spaces or auto-fill errors)

Reset your password

  1. On the sign-in page, select Forgot Password?

  2. Enter your registered email and choose Send Reset Link

  3. Open the email and follow the link to set a new password

  4. Return to app.shiftnest.co.uk/signin and log in

If you still cannot log in

  • Try a different browser or clear cache and cookies

  • Ask your admin to confirm your account was invited and is active (agencies can check in Settings → Users)

  • Contact [email protected] with your email, organisation name, and a brief description of the issue
