Make sure your the right email is being used
Re-enter your email and password carefully (watch for spaces or auto-fill errors)
Reset your password
On the sign-in page, select Forgot Password?
Enter your registered email and choose Send Reset Link
Open the email and follow the link to set a new password
Return to app.shiftnest.co.uk/signin and log in

If you still cannot log in
Try a different browser or clear cache and cookies
Ask your admin to confirm your account was invited and is active (agencies can check in Settings → Users)
