1. Go to the Login Page
Visit app.shiftnest.co.uk/signin.
2. Select “Forgot Password?”
Click the Forgot Password? link below the login button.
3. Enter Your Registered Email
Type in the email address linked to your ShiftNest account, then click Forget Password, it'll automatically send the reset link to your email address.
4. Check Your Email
You’ll receive an email titled “ShiftNest Password Reset”. Open it and click the reset link provided.
Tip: If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
5. Create a New Password
Enter a new password that meets the security requirements (for example, minimum length and character mix). Confirm it by typing it again, then click Save.
6. Log In with Your New Password
Return to app.shiftnest.co.uk/signin and log in using your updated credentials. It will log your in with the new updated credentials.
