I’m not receiving confirmation emails

If you are missing verification or reset emails, work through the steps below.

Quick checks

  • Look in Spam, Junk, and Other folders

  • Search your inbox for “ShiftNest”

  • Wait a few minutes and then try Resend email, or click on "Forgot your password" again to re-trigger the send request.

Safe-list ShiftNest emails

  • Add [email protected] to your contacts

  • If you use a company domain, ask IT to allowlist the shiftnest.co.uk domain

Common causes

  • Email typo during sign-up: re-start sign-up to correct the address

  • Link expired: use Forgot Password? to generate a new link

  • Strict company filters: ask IT to check quarantine or delivery logs

Still not receiving emails

Email [email protected] with your name, organisation, and the email address you used to register.
