How to Access Your Settings
You can update your details from two places:
From the left-hand menu, click Settings.
Or, from the top-right corner, click your profile icon and select Organisation or Profile.
Both options will take you to the settings page where you can manage your name, contact details, and preferences.
Editing Your Organisation or Profile Details
Go to Settings → General.
Update any of the following fields as needed:
Organisation / Facility Name – This appears on your dashboard, shift records, and emails.
Mobile Number – Used for notifications and contact if required.
Landline Number – Optional, but recommended for facilities or agencies with office lines.
Currency – Shown on billing, timesheets, and shift summaries (for agencies).
Your changes will save automatically once entered.
Additional Information
Logo and Location: You can also upload your logo or update your facility/agency location on the same page for better visibility and accurate address records.
Visibility: Updates made here are reflected across your linked accounts-so other users see the correct details in real time.
Tip
Keep your contact details up to date so other users and connected partners can reach you easily if there’s a query about shifts or billing.
