Uploading Your Logo

Adding your organisation’s logo helps personalise your ShiftNest account and ensures your brand appears clearly on dashboards, shift requests, and communications.

How to Access Logo Settings

  1. From the left-hand menu, click Settings.

  2. Go to the General tab under your organisation or facility information.

  3. Locate the Logo section, then click Change Logo.

How to Upload or Replace a Logo

  1. Click Change Logo.

  2. Select an image file from your computer (.JPG or .PNG is recommended).

  3. The upload will process automatically and display your new logo on-screen.

  4. Once uploaded, your logo will:

    • Appear on your dashboard and internal pages.

    • Be visible on timesheets, shift summaries, and notifications.

    • Replace your previous logo everywhere on the platform.

    • A message "Logo Uploaded successfully" will pop up at the bottom-right corner.

Logo Recommendations

  • Use a square logo (minimum 200 × 200 px) for best results.

  • Avoid text-heavy or stretched images to ensure clarity on all screens.

  • You can change your logo at any time - updates apply instantly.

If You Experience Issues

If your image won’t upload or doesn’t display correctly, try refreshing your page or using a smaller file size.
