What the Free Trial Covers
The free trial applies to all approved and signed timesheets within the trial period.
No platform fees (the 2% service charge) are applied during your free trial.
All activity is tracked as normal, but you won’t be billed until the trial ends.
You’ll still pay your facilities and shift workers directly outside the platform.
Example:
If your agency completes shifts worth £105 during the trial, the usual 2% platform fee (£2.10) is waived. Your billing dashboard will show this as:
“Free Trial Applied – £2.10 waived.”
How Long the Free Trial Lasts
The duration of your trial is shown clearly at the top of your Billing and Settings → Payment Settings pages.
For example:
“Free trial active until 4 December 2025.”
After this date, all new approved timesheets will be billed under the standard 2% platform fee.
What Happens When the Trial Ends
Once your free trial ends:
Billing automatically begins for all new timesheets signed after the trial expiry date.
You’ll be charged the standard 2% platform fee per approved timesheet.
Any unpaid invoices generated after the trial will be processed automatically using your default payment method.
You’ll continue to have full access to all platform features without interruption.
Checking Your Trial Status
You can check your current trial status in two places:
Billing Page: Displays an active trial banner and fee summary.
Payment Settings: Shows your free trial period and whether automatic payments are enabled.
Notes and Tips
You’ll receive a reminder before your trial ends.
All data (timesheets, shifts, and facilities) from your trial will carry over seamlessly after billing begins.
No manual setup is required once the trial expires - billing starts automatically.
You can add or update your payment card anytime under Settings → Payment Settings to prepare for post-trial billing.
