When to contact us

What to include

  • Your name, organisation, and registered email

  • A clear description of the request or issue

  • For incidents: time observed, affected users, relevant screenshots or logs (no sensitive data in email)

  • Your desired outcome or deadline (if any)

Our response targets

  • Security incidents: acknowledgement as soon as possible, with updates as the investigation progresses

  • Privacy/legal queries: response within 3–5 business days

After you report an incident

  • We assess severity and impact

  • We contain and remediate affected systems if required
